National Broker Services LLC collects the contact details, firm information, service requests, selected states, and details you submit to respond to your inquiry. Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers may be associated with your inquiry to measure marketing performance. Records are stored in a server-side database. A salted hash of the network address is used for short-term submission limits; raw network addresses are not stored in the inquiry database. Inquiry details are shared with Resend to deliver email notifications to NBS. Notification status is retained with the inquiry; provider acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery.

Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking are disabled until configured. Do not submit sensitive financial, legal, or client information. For privacy or deletion requests, contact info@nationalbrokerservices.com. A complete retention and tracking policy must be approved before public launch.
